I've learnt that there is a rainbow after every storm. It means that regardless of the situation or circumstance we may find ourselves in, that it will eventually pass.
Keep striving to be the best you can be. There is only one of you, that is what makes you unique.
I've also learnt that happiness and love isn't anyone else's job. It is my job and mine alone. I can't expect others to fulfill me. I have to love myself first to be an open cup to others
I've learn that it is not what happens to me that defines me, it is how I respond to that circumstance. What defined me is overcoming circumstances I didn't think I could. Things can either be a barrier or a stepping stone.
I've learnt that you can never fall so far that you can never rectify your circumstances. Some life lessons that come from trauma and pain has helped me to grow and become a far better human being
I've learnt about the power of stillness. The power of being aware and present. Life can be a rat race moving to and fro. The covid 19 lock-down experience has taught me to slow right down and take stock. Enjoy the sunshine, the breeze, it has given me the gift of appreciation.
I've learnt that while hurt people hurt people, healed people heal people
I've learnt about the power of planting a seed. You don't realise how far your influence may go, and what may come of an idea whose time has come.

I've learnt about the power of standing in your own authenticity, in your own truth and in your own integrity with dignity. There is a power in vulnerability.
